We are seeking Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest skincare advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians can build treatment plans incorporating these progressive options, fostering repeat business through our membership model.

Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge is vital to creating an outstanding customer experience. We provide all supplies and handle appointment bookings, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is available through our Education on Demand platform.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level services
2. Design and prescribe treatment plans based on skincare goals
3. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars
4. Achieve sales goals set by management
5. Create a positive experience through friendly and helpful service
6. Promote member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele
7. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
