Hand & Stone Voorhees seeks licensed estheticians to join a growth-focused team at our Voorhees Township spa. You will deliver high-quality facial services, build lasting client relationships, and help clients achieve personalized skin goals in a welcoming environment.

We value excellent communication, ongoing training, and a commitment to advancement within a respected spa brand. This role emphasizes client care, treatment planning, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
