Hand & Stone Marlton is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We provide skincare services with customized long-term treatment plans and a focus on building relationships. Our Estheticians are empowered to make each facial appointment the best hour of their month.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Meet sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
