Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC, a growth-focused Hand & Stone franchisee, is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians at the Timonium location. As an Esthetician, you will perform top-level facial services, design progressive homecare regimens, and maintain your Esthetics license and liability insurance while building lasting client relationships.

You will also meet sales and performance goals and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Provide world class facial services and client experience.
• Design progressive homecare regimens based on client goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
