Job summary

The Jordan Spa at Sunday River Resort is seeking a Maine Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a part-time position within a relaxing resort setting. You will provide facials, body treatments, and hand & foot services that align with spa protocols and client needs.

Responsibilities include consultation with clients, scheduling treatments, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with a friendly team. Pleasant evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required; on-site housing is available to

Qualifications

• Current Maine Esthetician license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and professional facials, body treatments, and hand & foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Utilize proper body mechanics to provide services that benefit guests while promoting your own health and wellness.
• Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure treatments are completed on schedule so guests arrive on time for their next appointment or activity.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized treatment room and workspace.
• Work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality work environment.
• Learn product offerings to make knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
• Assist with guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
