What We’re Looking For:

1. A Licensed Esthetician (or Cosmetologist) in Indiana with 1+ years of experience.
2. Passion for exceptional customer service and creating meaningful client experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique.
2. Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures.
3. Educate clients on memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
4. Maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment.
5. Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs.
6. Facilitate the schedule for new sugarist training and provide the hands-on training education to new sugarists.
7. Lead the day-to-day application of our services with the “Gold Standard” of customer service.
8. Perform meaningful Guest consultations, customizing services to exceed Guest expectations.
9. Confidently educate Guests on our products and services, staying current via our ongoing training.
10. Expertly apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lifts, tinting, and facial threading and more.
11. Actively seek to build our brand and Guest portfolio, supporting promotional and marketing campaigns including membership sales.
12. Take ownership of work area, exceeding all health and safety protocols.
13. Take pride in luxury salon image, contributing to routine general cleanliness as a part of a team.
14. All other duties as prescribed.

Hours

Full-time hours within the salon hours.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
