Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Let's Skin Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a thriving company. Whether you're experienced or completely new to the industry, we have a place for you.

No experience? No problem. Through our in-house Let's Skin Academy, we offer comprehensive training programs that teach you everything you need to succeed. We have different training options depending on your goals and background, and you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Perform (or learn to perform) body contouring services such as lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, metal therapy, facials, and cellulite treatments & more.
• Provide personalized consultations and help clients feel empowered through their self-care journey.
• Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment environment.
• Follow sanitation and treatment protocols.
• Educate clients on post-care and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with a team that values growth, creativity, and client experience.
• Optional: Help with social media or content creation if interested.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A licensed Esthetician or Massage Therapist OR someone who is passionate and willing to get licensed/trained.
• Someone with a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• A go-getter who’s excited to grow with our company.
• Ambitious, coachable, and purpose-driven.
• Open to flexible scheduling.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
