Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC, the Hand & Stone Southern Pines franchisee, is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. The role focuses on delivering high-quality skincare, creating customized long-term treatment plans, and building client relationships in a supportive spa environment.

We provide resources and ongoing training, with emphasis on world-class service, advancement opportunities, and a positive, patient-centered experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
