Hand & Stone South Miami is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to deliver personalized skincare experiences to members and guests. We emphasize education, trust, and building relationships through tailored treatments and ongoing homecare guidance.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain your state license, carry liability insurance, follow regulations, design progressive treatment plans, and provide a world-class client experience while contributing to a welcoming spa environment and

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
