Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver consistent skincare results.
• Educate clients on homecare regimens and follow-up care.
• Keep the treatment area clean and organized.
