Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Ohio is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team. You will provide top‑level facial services, design progressive skin care plans, and help members achieve healthy, radiant skin.

This role offers flexible full‑/part‑time schedules, sales goals, and opportunities for hands‑on training with leading brands. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $65,000 annually, with room to grow through client referrals and continued education.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.

Responsibilities
