Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC in New York invites energetic Sugaristas to join our fast-paced spa environment, performing full-body sugaring including Brazilian and bikini, and building genuine connections with clients.

You will train in our sugaring technique, work in a high-volume setting, and enjoy a supportive team culture. The role offers 7-hour shifts, both part-time and full-time, with competitive hourly pay plus gratuity and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

The pay range for this role is:

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (FL - Miami - Midtown)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (FL - Miami - Aventura)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (FL - Miami - Coral Gables)
