Job summary

Sugared + Bronzed in the Dallas area is seeking Sugaristas who love hair removal to perform full-body sugaring, including Brazilian and bikini, in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. You will greet clients, educate on the process, and build genuine connections.

We provide paid training, flexible 7-hour shifts (part-time or full-time), opportunities for growth as we open new locations, and competitive hourly pay plus gratuity. Benefits include healthcare for full-time staff and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license required (waxing license accepted in NY).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Addison)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Plano)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Lakewood)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Highland Park)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Fort Worth)
