Zusammenfassung

Sugared + Bronzed is seeking enthusiastic Sugaristas to perform full-body sugaring, including Brazilian and bikini, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will greet clients, educate on the process, manage appointments, maintain clean treatment rooms, and stay current on services, memberships, and product lines.

A current Esthetician or Cosmetology license is required; paid training, multiple shift options, gratuities, commissions, and benefits are offered as part of our growth-focused team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

The pay range for this role is:

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Addison)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Plano)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Lakewood)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Highland Park)

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Dallas - Fort Worth)
