Job summary

Hand & Stone Ocean Township is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment; it’s a chance to make a positive impact on clients’ lives with innovative services and customized long-term plans.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while delivering world-class facial experiences and progressive homecare regimens within a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experiences by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
