Hand & Stone Monroe is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment—it’s a chance to make a positive impact on clients’ lives with personalized, long-term plans and education.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain your license, provide world-class facials, design progressive homecare regimens, and contribute to a premium guest experience. Monroe location offers flexible schedules and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops.

As an Esthetician, you will
