As an Esthetician, you will:

• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide exceptional client experiences through top-level services
• Design and prescribe personalized treatment plans, including homecare regimens
• Create a welcoming and helpful environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff
• Meet sales and performance goals set by spa leadership
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars
