We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, energetic, and friendly Licensed Estheticians and Master Estheticians to join our team! We are looking to fill select full or part-time esthetician positions. Candidates must possess excellent technical skills and a dedication to service. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive environment. We offer three skin care brands: Dermalogica and Clarity Rx.

Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care, including DiamondGlow, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFace microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Team member essentials:

• Applicants must be licensed Estheticians or Licensed Master Estheticians in Virginia
• Carry liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe treatment plans based on client skin care goals
• Participate in training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve service and retail sales goals
• Proficiency in Dermalogica and/or Clarity Rx is a plus
• Proficiency in all types of facials, peels, and remediation treatments is a plus
• Proficiency in diamond tip microdermabrasion, peels, and LED treatments is a plus
