Job summary

Hello Sugar is seeking waxing specialists in Ohio with a current aesthetic or cosmetology license. You will provide education-oriented skin services, perform full body waxing and sugaring, and conduct skin and brow consultations.

A strong work ethic and ability to build clientele are essential, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule. In this role you’ll maintain sanitation, sell memberships and products, and participate in monthly/bi-monthly education meetings.

Qualifications

• A current aesthetic or cosmetology license is required.
• Experience in waxing and skin care encouraged.
• Sugaring background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide education-oriented skin services (we teach our clients about proper skin care when we wax)
• Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women
• Skin Consultations
• Brows Consultations prior to waxing
• Maintain a sanitary work station and assist with sanitation throughout the salon
• Sell memberships and products
• Attend employee education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly)
• Develop rapport quickly with clientele

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus tips and commission
