Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team, delivering high-quality facial treatments and skincare consultations to members and guests. You will design progressive treatment plans, perform top-level services, and help grow client relationships through referrals and memberships.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
