Hand & Stone East Brunswick is seeking Licensed Estheticians to join our team and help clients feel confident in their skin. The role emphasizes liability insurance, licensing compliance, and delivering world-class facial services with personalized long-term plans.

You will design progressive treatment plans, educate clients, and collaborate with spa leadership to meet sales targets while participating in ongoing training and workshops.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
