Job summary

Hand & Stone East Brunswick is seeking licensed estheticians to join our team. Maintain an active esthetics license in the state, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing regulations while delivering world-class facial treatments.

Design progressive treatment plans with homecare regimens and help clients achieve skincare goals. Excellent communication, friendly attitude, and meeting sales goals are essential; training and workshops are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
