Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a licensed Esthetician to deliver world-class skincare and facial treatments at our Delran, NJ location. You will design personalized treatment plans, educate clients on homecare routines, and foster a welcoming, results-driven spa experience for our valued members.

Maintain licensure, carry liability insurance, and comply with state/local regulations while pursuing ongoing training, sales goals, and professional development within a growing Hand & Stone franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
