FGG Spa, LLC is hiring Licensed Estheticians in Frederick-Westview to help our members and guests feel confident in their skin. You will provide facial treatments, design progressive homecare regimens, and deliver world-class client experiences.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to state regulations. The role emphasizes client education, relationship-building, and meeting spa goals in a supportive team.

• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to guests and members
• Design and prescribe progressive homecare regimens
• Aim to achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals

• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
