Hand & Stone Princeton is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment—it's a chance to make a positive impact on clients' lives with innovative services and personalized long-term plans.

As part of our team, you will perform top-level esthetic services, design progressive treatment plans, and help clients feel confident in their skin. A valid esthetics license and liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.

• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
