Qualifications

• A valid licensed Esthetician credential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Glowbar's customized 30-minute facial with consistency and care.
• Perform extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatments.
• Educate clients on ingredients, products, and at-home routines.
• Build client relationships and guide memberships for skincare goals.
• Maintain studio sanitation and assist at front desk when needed.
• Collaborate with Guides and Managers to keep studio operations smooth.
• Represent Glowbar with professional presentation and education.
