Job summary

Hand & Stone is seeking a licensed esthetician to deliver high-quality skincare and personalized treatment plans in our Greenwood spa. You will provide top-tier service to members and guests, maintain a welcoming environment, and contribute to achieving sales goals through insightful product recommendations.

You must hold an active esthetic license, carry liability insurance, and participate in hands-on training and workshops.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
