Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Provide spa services such as waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their ongoing skin health.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service, understanding their goals, and communicating treatment plans effectively.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic tools to enhance client results and increase revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and advanced esthetic techniques to continually elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with active credentials.
• Proven experience performing a broad spectrum of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser treatments, waxing, and makeup application.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, esthetic laser technology, and aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety at all times.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for educating clients about product benefits is essential.
