Job summary

NURSE PRACTITIONER ON CALL LLC is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team in Maryland. You will guide clients through skincare products and treatments, including facial massage and waxing, to help them achieve healthier skin. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial growth and delivering personalized skin health solutions.

You will advise on options, greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and promote upgraded treatments and product lines to maximize results and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician’s license required.
• Proven experience as an esthetician preferred.
• Experience with skin care equipment like Cryoskin or Hydrafacial preferred but not required.
• Deep understanding of skin care techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of ethics and growth mindset to learn advanced medical aesthetics.

Job Summary

As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on skin care options and best practices
• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport
• Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards
• Hydrafacial and peel application experience, and passion to learn advanced medical aesthetic
• Actively promote and sell retail skincare products; confidently introduce clients to upgraded treatments, add-on services, and treatment series (upselling) to maximize results and meet sales targets.
