Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an Esthetician to deliver premier skincare services, tailor treatment plans, and foster guest results. A current Esthetics license in the appropriate state and the ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance are required.

You’ll ensure excellent service and contribute to achieving spa sales goals. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $65,000 per year with flexible scheduling and full-time opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
