Sugaring NYC is seeking a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist for evenings and weekends in the Dominion & Alamo Ranch area of San Antonio, TX. The role is part-time to full-time with paid sugaring training provided and opportunities to grow within the studio.

Candidates must hold a Texas license and be comfortable performing waxing services, with a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service. Training hours vary and schedules are designed around studio needs.

We’re looking for a part-time to full-time Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who is ready to learn and grow. Candidates must be able to perform basic waxing services. Paid sugaring training is provided.

Requirements

• Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
• Must be able to perform basic waxing services.
• Must be comfortable providing a full range of professional waxing services for all clients.
• Willing to sign a 1-year employment agreement.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Fast learner and open to coaching.

Hours

• Full-time position.
• Shifts range from 6-10 hours, depending on the location and business needs.
• Schedule is based on the needs of the studio, so flexibility is required.
• Training hours will vary and are not guaranteed.
• After training, a more consistent schedule will be developed based on the needs of the studio.
• Hours are not guaranteed and are earned based on performance, reliability, and the needs of the business. Top performers receive scheduling priority.
• Our greatest need is for evening and weekend availability.
  
  

Pay

• Starting pay is $10/hour for those with no sugaring experience.
• Raises are based on productivity and performance.
• Most team members earn $20+/hour within their first 6 months, including base pay, tips, and commissions.
• Top-performing team members average $37/hour, including base pay, tips, and commissions.
