Position Overview

The prime responsibility of the Wax Associate is to provide the highest quality wax services while representing the European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner. As a licensed skin care specialist, a Wax Associate is responsible for educating guests on proper skin care in conjunction with the Company’s exclusive products and processes. We will help you increase your speed, see more guests, and earn hourly wages, commissions, tips, and incentives.

• Active licensure to perform full body waxing in the applicable state.
• Willingness to perform waxing for all genders and anatomies.
• Passion for learning new techniques and providing outstanding guest services.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work days, including weekends.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and ability to work independently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions, Behaviors, And Expectations

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Arrive timely, dressed according to dress code, including name tag.
• Create memorable guest experiences using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Review reservations, greet guests by name, and recommend services.
• Perform high-quality waxing and skincare education.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Participate in community events and marketing activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

This role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting over 25 pounds regularly. Vision and mobility requirements apply.
