Hand & Stone Concord is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve members and guests. We are a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operating numerous locations with a culture that puts people first.

Our Estheticians provide customized long-term treatment plans and skincare guidance, contributing to meaningful client outcomes. Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and deliver world-class service while achieving sales

Qualifications

• Maintain active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience through top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops/webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
