Job summary

Hand & Stone Asheville is seeking licensed estheticians to join our team and help guests feel their best through customized facials and skincare. You will maintain licensure, carry liability insurance, and deliver world-class client experiences while building trusted, long-term relationships with members and guests.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
