Hand & Stone Concord is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment—it’s a positive life change.

With innovative services and customized long‑term plans, our Estheticians are educated and empowered to make every facial appointment the best hour of the month. You will maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and follow licensing laws.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
