Hand & Stone Camp Hill is expanding our team by adding licensed estheticians to deliver world-class skincare and client experiences. We provide rigorous training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Join us at 3624 Capital City Mall Dr, Camp Hill, PA, to help guests feel confident in their own skin with personalized facial treatments and ongoing skincare plans in a premium spa setting.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality facial services and skincare treatments.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Educate clients on homecare regimens and product usage.

As an Esthetician, you will
