Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Asheville is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe that skincare is more than just a treatment, it's the change to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients!

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state, carry Esthetics liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while designing progressive treatment plans tailored to each client’s skincare goals.

• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world-class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
