Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC in Annapolis is seeking licensed estheticians to join Hand & Stone Annapolis to deliver world-class skincare and personalized facial treatments.

Maintain your Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and follow state regulations while building lasting client relationships and contributing to sales goals.

This role includes training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team in a busy spa environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

• Provide world class client experience during facial services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
