Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians at Hand & Stone Dobbin Center to deliver personalized skincare and exceptional guest experiences. You will provide skincare treatments, tailor plans, and promote homecare routines.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and meet state licensing requirements while helping clients feel confident in their skin. Join a team focused on growth, development, and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance as required by state law.
• Provide world class client experience and professional skincare recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality facial treatments and skincare services.
• Create progressive treatment plans based on client goals.
• Educate clients on homecare routines and product use.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized treatment rooms.
• Meet or exceed sales and client retention targets.
• Collaborate with spa team and management to ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
