Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Tallahassee, FL seeks a passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our client‑focused team. Build your career delivering facial treatments, skin analyses, waxing, and skincare education in a welcoming environment.

You will help grow member enrollment and retail sales while maintaining top hygiene standards and a high‑quality guest experience. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Esthetician license required.
• Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and waxing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and drive memberships.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for a diverse clientele.
• Conduct skin analyses and consultations to tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences to encourage retention and rebooking.
