Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking a licensed esthetician in Florida who can provide exceptional facial services and design progressive skincare plans. You will contribute to a welcoming spa experience, help clients achieve skin goals, and participate in ongoing training and sales-driven activities.

We offer base commissions plus commissions on upgrades, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits as part of a team focused on client results and wellness.

• Active state esthetics license in Florida.
• Ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.

Position Responsibilities:

An active Florida Esthetics license.

Esthetics liability insurance.

Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services

Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals

Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management

Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude

Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
