Job summary

Hand & Stone is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our spa team in a dynamic salon environment. You will deliver advanced facial treatments, tailor progressive skincare plans, and help clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin through personalized care.

In this role you will maintain high service standards, pursue sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to expand your skills. A supportive team, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth await in a busy, guest‑focused

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide top‑level esthetic services and design progressive treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level esthetic services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
