Hand & Stone Franchise Corp. seeks a licensed esthetician to join our team. You will deliver top-tier facial and skincare services to members and guests, while designing individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their skincare goals.

You'll participate in ongoing training, promote memberships, and strive to meet sales targets in a welcoming spa setting. This role emphasizes client satisfaction, professional conduct, and building lasting relationships with clients seeking radiant

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license required in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Must provide excellent service to members and guests.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create exceptional experiences for members/guests through friendly, helpful service.
• Promote member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele.

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
