Massage Heights Spring Creek is seeking a licensed Skin Therapist (Esthetician) to join our high-performing team and help guests look and feel their best.

You will deliver skincare services using Dermalogica, Hydrafacial, and Skin Authority while educating guests on routines and product benefits in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active state license to practice skincare therapy.
• Liability insurance to practice skincare.
• Passion for guest service and strong communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Dermalogica knowledge required (Hydrafacial experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized skincare services using Dermalogica, Hydrafacial, and Skin Authority based on guest needs.
• Educate guests on professional skincare, home care routines, and benefits of regular treatments.
• Recommend services, enhancements, and retail products with confidence.
• Build lasting relationships that support long-term skincare and wellness goals.
