Job summary

Massage Heights - Southlake is seeking professional skincare therapists to provide customized facial services in a supportive team environment. You will combine your skills with our skincare protocols and elevate guest experiences while adhering to brand standards.

Hold a current TX skincare license and be available for nights and weekends; enjoy ergonomic facilities and the chance to grow professionally with ongoing education and a steady client base.

Qualifications

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice skincare therapy.
• Capable of performing/learning various skin therapy modalities.
• Be guest service-oriented and communicate effectively with guests.
• Availability to work certain nights and weekends (our busiest times).
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Combine your skills and techniques alongside the skincare therapy we offer to give a customized service tailored to each guest.
• Perform and recommend protocols and Elevations with consistency and compliance with brand standards.
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular facials.
• Build relationships with your clientele to help them meet their self-care goals.
• Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products and programs
