Qualifications

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a Licensed Esthetician for a full-time role that includes both Spa Associate shifts and a path into Esthetician service shifts. This is a strong opportunity for a licensed esthetician who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with sales, and wants steady hours while growing into a successful skincare schedule. Start out as a Spa Associate while you train for esthetics in our spa. Your 5 shifts may start as 4/1 or 3/2 desk and esthetics. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong guest communication, product knowledge, and sales ability, you will begin performing esthetics services and building your treatment-room schedule. Your income is steady and protected while you build into a full-time esthetics career.
