We are seeking Licensed Estheticians for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment.

Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Dermalinfusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Our Estheticians have the opportunity to create personalized treatment plans incorporating these progressive options, building repeat business through our membership model.

As a key part of our team, your skincare expertise and product knowledge will enhance the customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and supply provision, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is emphasized through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals set by spa management
• Create a positive experience for members/guests through friendliness and helpfulness
• Generate new clientele via referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
