Job summary

Sunday River Resort's Jordan Spa is seeking a Maine Licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis, delivering exceptional skincare experiences for resort guests.

Responsibilities include facials, body and hand/foot treatments, client consultations, maintaining sanitation, and working with product lines. Must be licensed in Maine and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, within a collaborative spa setting dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Maine Esthetician license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is required.

• Provide consistent and professional facials, body treatments, and hand & foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Utilize proper body mechanics to provide services that benefit guests while promoting your own health and wellness.
• Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure treatments are completed on schedule so guests arrive on time for their next appointment or activity.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized treatment room and workspace.
• Work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality work environment.
• Learn product offerings to make knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
• Assist with guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
