Job summary

Hand & Stone Houston Memorial is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. You will perform customized facials, conduct skin consultations, and drive results for clients through Dermalogica treatments and premium skincare products.

This role requires at least 2 years of hands-on esthetics, strong skin analysis, and proven ability to upsell retail skincare while building lasting client relationships in a high-volume spa.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician license required.
• 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred.
• Dermalogica facial experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis and facial protocols.
• Experience in retail skincare sales and client retention.
• Confidence advising home-care products and creating personalized plans.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, RESULTS-DRIVEN Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team!

Hand & Stone Houston Memorial is seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and sales-driven Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about delivering exceptional facial treatments, building long-term client relationships, and achieving results.

This position is best suited for an established esthetician with professional spa experience, strong hands-on facial skills, and a proven ability to recommend skincare products and treatment enhancements.

We are looking for someone who can confidently perform customized facials, assess skin concerns, educate guests, and contribute to the growth of our skincare department.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional, hands-on esthetics experience preferred.
• Previous experience performing Dermalogica professional facials strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facial protocols, contraindications, and customized skincare treatments.
• Experience performing chemical peels, exfoliation treatments, microdermabrasion, and advanced facial services.
• Proven success in retail skincare sales, treatment upgrades, and client retention.
• Confidence recommending professional home-care products and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Ability to build a loyal clientele through exceptional service, rebooking, and guest education.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, high-volume spa environment.
• Professional, dependable, motivated, and passionate about skincare.
• Active Texas Esthetician License required.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, customized facials using professional skincare protocols, including Dermalogica treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on each guest's concerns.
• Confidently recommend skincare products and home-care routines to support lasting results.
• Educate guests on premium facial enhancements such as LED therapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, exfoliation treatments, and chemical peels.
• Consistently work toward individual retail sales, enhancement, and prebooking goals.
• Build strong guest relationships that encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term skincare plans.
• Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards, and professional spa protocols.
• Participate in advanced training and continuing education to strengthen existing skills.
