Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Virginia is seeking a licensed esthetician to provide premium skincare services and personalized treatment plans for members and guests. You will design progressive plans, perform top-tier facials, and contribute to a welcoming, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Esthetician license.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetician services to members and guests.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Weekends are required
• An active Esthetician License license in Virginia
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
  

Compensation: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
